Neon Nights

In a fit of nostalgia I started digging around for some videos I enjoyed as a kid. Slags and Brad Dharma, Psychedelic Detective, stood out as I was nosing around the internet, and brought to mind some of the noir-ish games we played in high school.  Neon Nights is a direct outgrowth of this, a twist on the Freeform/Universal system set in a surreal infinite city.
